Thomas More, which improved to 17-5, is only one victory shy of the program's regular-season record of 18, set in the 1996-97 season.
The Saints play Ohio Wesleyan at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Connor Convocation Center when their seniors will be honored.
Transylvania had won eight straight.
MIAMI WOMEN: Freshman guard Amanda Jackson earned the program's sixth Mid-American Conference East Division Player of the Week honor in the past seven weeks.
Jackson, the first Miami freshman to earn the honor since current RedHawks senior Kim Lancaster (Princeton) in 2000, averaged 20 points as Miami knocked off MAC West contenders Bowling Green and Toledo last week.
In doing so, Miami, 14-6 overall and 8-1 in the MAC, climbed to first in the league.
