Man charged with exposing himself in Florence

The Cincinnati Enquirer

FLORENCE - A 39-year-old Sadieville, Ky., man was arrested Thursday and charged with exposing himself to two females in the parking lot of the Florence Square Center on Mall Road.

The arrest occurred after officers responded to a report of man sitting naked inside his parked vehicle, police said.

Jeffrey L. Tucker was charged with two counts of indecent exposure, police said. Officers responded to the area about 12:40 p.m. and found a pickup truck matching the description of the suspect's vehicle in the parking lot of Kmart on Burlington Pike and Mall Road, police said. The suspect attempted to flee but was apprehended after a short pursuit.

Tucker was also charged with improper display of a registration plate and fleeing and evading, second-degree, police said.

Police said they do not think Tucker was involved in a previous indecent exposure incident at the Florence branch of the Boone County Library on Jan. 26.
