Oxford man dies from injuries suffered in Tuesday crash
By Janice Morse The Cincinnati Enquirer
OXFORD - A 49-year-old Oxford man died Friday from injuries he suffered in an earlier traffic crash - the city's first traffic fatality in nearly six years.
Don Isaacs died at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton three days after the van he was riding in crashed into a utility pole on U.S. 27 at West Church Street.
The driver of the van, Lasonia K. Kerber, 33, of Hamilton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired. Because of Isaacs' death, authorities will ask a grand jury to consider upgrading the charge against Kerber to aggravated vehicular homicide, police said.
