Promotions and new on the job

• Kelly Mulloy Myers, a lawyer with the law firm of Freking & Betz, has been named chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section for a one-year term. Myers received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and earned a master's degree in labor and employment relations from University of Cincinnati.

• Pat O'Sullivan has been named Ohio sales director at Heidelberg Distributing Co.; Joe Noll, sales director, Cincinnati; and Brian Cunningham, sales manager, Cincinnati wine division.

• Marcella G. Trice has been named coordinator of Fund for Independent Schools of Cincinnati Inc. Scholar Relations.

• Simone Stolz has joined the Mental Health Association of the Cincinnati area as program director for Butler County.

• Eric W. Richardson has been named a partner in the Cincinnati office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease. Richardson practices in litigation, including commercial, employment, product liability, construction and intellectual property matters. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.

• The following have been appointed to the board of directors at the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Greater Cincinnati Chapter: president, Laurie Buckman, URS Corp.; president-elect, Russ Sanford, Equity; secretary, Allison Tepe-Guy, PFB Architects Inc.; treasurer, Jan Barnhorst, Neyer Properties; past president, Lisa Rowell, Infrastructure Services. • Leonard S. Thomas has joined the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati as volunteer consultant.

The following have been appointed to the board of directors at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati for 2004: president, Roberto Peraza; first vice president, Alfonso Cornejo; second vice president, Anthony Muniz-Olan; treasurer, Ramon Rodriguez; at large, Ruben Contreras, Tony Buitrago, Andres Sanchez and Hector Flores.

• Albert Klosterman, inducted into the CAD/CAM Hall of Fame in 2000, has joined the board of directors at the International TechneGroup Inc. (ITI).

• Jeffrey S. Chapman has been appointed senior vice president at Fifth Third Bancorp. Chapman is responsible for managing the investment banking, institutional sales and fixed income trading units of Fifth Third Securities Inc. where he also serves on the board of directors. He is also responsible for the public funds banking unit. He joined Fifth Third in 1993 as part of the treasury division.
