Mother indicted in death of her 6-year-old
MIAMI TWP. - The mother of 6-year-old Brandon Lehn, who died Feb. 6 in circumstances that police described as "suspicious," was indicted on child endangering charges Wednesday.
The autopsy report on Brandon has not been released, and police are not commenting on the cause of death. Christina Miracle, 25, is a patient in Clermont Mercy Hospital and will be arrested upon release.
Brandon was not breathing when Miracle carried him from their apartment into the parking lot at the Pebble Brooke apartment complex, off Ohio 28, about 9 a.m. on Feb. 6. She was taken into police custody and initially charged with child endangering because of the unsanitary conditions in the apartment, Miami Township Police Chief Steven Bailey has said.

All the banks robbed were inside large stores and similar notes were used in each robbery, authorities said.
