The Cincinnati Enquirer

LEBANON - An 18-year-old Huber Heights, Ohio, man, accused of wrapping a telephone cord around a woman's throat and threatening to kill her, was indicted Friday on attempted murder charges.

A Warren County grand jury also indicted Bradley Willoughby on felony kidnapping, disrupting public service and drug possession. He was indicted on misdemeanor theft and temporary protection order violation.

The prosecutor's office said that on Feb. 10, Willoughby held a knife to the face of Jennifer Hughes, 35, of Springboro, forced her to lick the knife, wrapped a phone cord around her neck and told her he was thinking about killing her.
