Promotions and new on the job

• Leshia Lyman has been named area director for United Way of Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky. Lyman has been with United Way for more than three years. She was senior community building associate. Before joining United Way, she was a staff associate for the Council on Child Abuse of Southern Ohio Inc., a United Way-funded agency. She earned a master's degree from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky.

• Richard H. Lonneman Jr. has been named vice president at Hylant Group of Cincinnati. Lonneman oversees the production and service of a middle market and risk management property and casualty insurance portfolio. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in finance. An insurance veteran, he has worked as commercial underwriter and broker.

• Cheryl Foley has been named chairnab of the board of trustees for Union Institute & University, and Donald Feldmann appointed vice chairman.

• Robert Maddux, president of Delhi Flower & Garden Centers, has been named chairman of the board of directors for the Cincinnati Horticultural Society.

• Named mental health therapists at One Hope Christian Counseling are: Rodney Vallandra, Jason Judd, Jessica Cox and Joycelyn Weber.

Awards

• CorrFlex Display & Packaging Cincinnati, a display, packaging and fulfillment provider to the Procter & Gamble Co., has received P&G's Pinnacle Award for Quality for the third consecutive year because of its excellent performance and quality standards.

• The Deupree Community and The Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community have earned the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations' Gold Seal of Approval for their assisted living and nursing care programs. Both are programs of Episcopal Retirement Homes Inc.

Expansions

• Big League Haircuts, a sports themed men's haircutting franchise has opened a shop in the McCabe Shopping Plaza at 9555 Fields Ertel Road, Symmes Township.

Relocations

• D. Fairman Consulting Inc., a marketing consulting firm headed by Dara Fairman, has relocated to 1518 Ottercreek Drive, Cincinnati, 45240.

• SS&G Financial Services has relocated from 535 Madison Ave., suite 410, Covington, to 3940 Olympic Blvd., 400 Olympic Corporate Center, Erlanger.
