RAYMOND WALTERS - More than 12 short films by and about women will be shown from 1-10 p.m. March 6 as part of University of Cincinnati's Women's History Month celebration.
The film festival, in its 13th year, will be held in Raymond Walters College's Muntz Hall.

Miami's adult classes start for spring term
MIAMI U. - Miami University's Institute for Learning in Retirement begins the spring term March 22. For a $50 fee, members can participate in all of the institute's offerings from classes in physics and art to chess and travel.

Mount offers new nursing program
MOUNT ST. JOSEPH- The College of Mount St. Joseph has announced the launch of an accelerated master of nursing degree that can be completed in 15 months.
The graduate-level degree program combines course work and intense clinical experience. Classes will begin in May, and students accepted into the program will attend full time.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree (in a non-nursing major) from an accredited college or university; cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher (on 4.0 scale) in the bachelor's degree or an acceptable GRE score. And they must have successfully completed prerequisite courses either in their bachelor's degree or through additional course work.
