Norwood council to meet on money crunch
NORWOOD - Mayor Tom Williams has called for a special City Council meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday to discuss Norwood's financial problems.

Under fiscal watch, Norwood would get free financial, technical and support services from the Auditor's Office. Fiscal emergency is a more-serious status that gives the state control over finances.
Williams and other city officials met for over two hours Wednesday at City Hall with representatives of the Auditor's Office.
