Warren County to hire data systems manager
LEBANON - The Warren County commissioners have approved a new position for the county's Water and Sewer Department.
County officials will hire a data systems manager to help manage the Geographical Information System, a type of mapping resource.
The position will pay $17.48 per hour.
Clermont County plans town meeting
BATAVIA - The Board of Clermont County commissioners will hold this year's first town meeting at 7 p.m. March 23 at the Batavia Township Hall, 2401 Old Ohio 32.

Warren commissioners visit area of erosion
FRANKLIN TWP. - The Warren County commissioners visited the county's well field to look into reports of erosion along Twin Creek.
Residents complained to the commissioners about the creek area, in Franklin Township, after the Warren County Parks Board acquired 500-plus acres for a park. The commissioners met Tuesday with members of the park board and several county departments to view the site.
Administrator Robert Price said officials are concerned and have hired engineering firm Tetra Tech to review the situation and make a recommendation.
Waynesville to plan for village's future
WAYNESVILLE - The village's Vision 20/20 Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee will meet twice this month to discuss future land use, education, parks, utilities and community identity. The public is invited to participate in the meetings on Monday and March 18. The meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. at the government center at 1400 Lytle Road.
