Promotions and new on the job

• Gisela Leon has been appointed senior consultant at AAC Consulting Group, a subsidiary of Kendle International Inc. Leon will provide label reviews and consulting assistance for foreign labeling requirements. She has 25 years of European food labeling experience. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University in Virginia and a Master of Science degree in Food Technology Engineering from Technical University of Munich.

• Phillip L. Waisblum and Leonard S. Thomas have joined Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati as volunteer consultants.

• Jeremy A. Hayden, an associate of the law firm of Strauss & Troy, LPA, has been appointed a member of the board directors and legal counsel for the SouthBank Fund, a nonprofit corporation focusing on the revitalization of lower- and moderate-income neighborhoods.

• Dr. Martha R. Feller has been appointed senior vice president of Americas Operating Unit (OU) at Kendle International Inc.

• Andy Sorensen has been named vice president of sales and marketing for Nor-Fast Corp., a local distributor of pneumatic fastening systems.

• Stephanie Vogel has been named health education manager for the Northern Kentucky Health Department.

• Ken D. Jenkins has been named president at Knowlton Manufacturing.

• Gary H. Goldschmidt has been named chief financial officer of Gateway Investment Advisers, L.P.

• William N. Natsis has joined Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management as director and wealth adviser for the Cincinnati office. Natsis comes from AmSouth Bank in Birmingham, Ala., where he was a senior vice president and head of institutional products and services. He earned a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and master's degree from the University of Detroit. He attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.

• Shawnrita McCants has joined the Hamilton County Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services board as the agency's new multi-agency community services information system administrator, and Donna Saunders has joined as coordinator of contracting services.

• David Curle has joined K4 Architecture LLC as senior project architect and Pat Lance has joined as construction administrator.

• Tim Ryan has joined MarketVision Research as vice president.

• Christopher J. Finger has been named director, corporate accounting at Ohio National Financial Services. Finger joined the company in 1994 as an accounting clerk, holding the most recent position of manager, general ledger operations. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master's degree from Xavier University.

• Dr. Beatrice Lampkin, a former board member of the Inclusion Network, has been honored with its Outstanding Service to the Community Spotlight Award.

• FRCH Design Worldwide and its client Aveda and parent company, Estee Lauder, were awarded Store of the Year for The Aveda Tokyo Lifestyle Salon and Spa in the 33rd Annual Institute of Store Planners/VM+SD International Store Design Competition.
