Dan Storie has been named sales associate for AFLAC, supplemental, voluntary benefits. Storie has been in newspaper, advertising and marketing for 20 years and 16 years in commercial real estate, managing and leasing shopping malls. He attended the University of Kentucky and Alice Lloyd College.
The following have been named new owners of Schiff, Kreidler-Shell, insurance agency: Chad Bilz, Cindy Macke, Carmine DiLonardo and Glenn Drees.
Appointed new officers of the board at the Mercantile Library for 2004-05: Edward Grauman Marks, president; Joseph Tomain, vice president; Chris Walther, treasurer; and Dale Brown, secretary.
Meghan LaBonge has joined Frequency Marketing Inc. as creative director.
Bruce Mason has been named vice president, wealth planning at Haberer Registered Investment Advisor Inc. Mason received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Anthony Turner, Amy Pope and Jon Plunkett have joined Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co., Cincinnati office, as Staff 1 employees. Stephanie Durbin joined as a senior, Kimberly Mann, outsource accounting specialist and Melissa McCann, senior outsource accounting specialist. Aaron Perkins joined the Middletown office as payroll processor.
Malinda Eisenmann has joined Dental Care Plus (DCP), dental insurer, as provider relations representative.
Dr. Todd Rickel, campus director of The University of Phoenix-Cincinnati Campus, and Deborah Dent, chief executive officer of Willow Creative Group, have been appointed to the board of directors of Junior Achievement.
Melissa Hawkins has joined the law firm of Peck, Shaffer & Williams LLP (PS&W), as an associate in the Cincinnati office. Hawkins will assume practice responsibilities in the areas of traditional issue financing and industrial development bonds. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in political science and received her law degree from Emory University.

Erik Yorke has been named new director of public relations at The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), provider of home health services. Yorke is a graduate of Miami University's journalism program and worked as a newspaper reporter in the Cleveland area before entering the field of public relations.
