Job fair to showcase education opportunities

SHARONVILLE - The fifth annual Southwest Ohio Education Job Fair will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at the Scarlet Oaks Career Campus, 3254 W. Kemper Road.

More than 55 Southwest Ohio school districts will be represented, along with four universities that will have information about graduate programs.

Indian Hill High performs 'Cinderella'

INDIAN HILL - Indian Hill High School presents Cinderella at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the school auditorium, 6845 Drake Road. More than 90 students have been cast. Jay Apking will direct, with the assistance of music teacher Heather Nestheide.

District arts festival at Oak Hills High

BRIDGETOWN - Oak Hills High School, 3200 Ebenezer Road, hosts the districtwide Fine Arts Festival, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. A showcase of student visual art displays, class projects, and music and drama performances will be included.

Hamilton High hosts Spring Craft Show

HAMILTON - More than 100 exhibitors will participate in this year's Spring Craft Show, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton High School, 1165 Eaton Ave.

Sponsored by the Boosters, there will be a pancake breakfast in the cafeteria from 8-10 a.m. Cost is $3.

Milford High seeks Hall of Fame athletes

MIAMI TWP. - The Milford High School Athletic Boosters are accepting Hall of Fame nominations through April 1.

Nominees can include former athletes and coaches who are no longer with the district.

Nomination letters should include the nominee's year of graduation, sports played, a list of athletic accomplishments and current contact information.

Nominations should be sent to: Milford High School c/o Milford Athletic Boosters Hall of Fame, One Eagles Way, Milford, OH 45150.

Northwest math teacher writes book

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP - Northwest High School Math Department chair Margene Ryberg is a contributing author of the book Preparing for the OGT in Mathematics, which provides a review of the six Academic Content Standards of the Ohio Benchmarks and is designed to prepare students for the Ohio Graduation Test in Mathematics.

Mount Healthy alumni plan to hold yard sale

MOUNT HEALTHY - The Mount Healthy Alumni Association will hold a yard sale from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 27 at the high school, 2046 Adams Road. Booths are $10. Information or booth rental: 522-2776.
