Three companies that, combined, employ about 125 workers in Cincinnati will move to suburban office buildings over the next two months.

MassMutual-Stacy Financial Group will relocate by May 1 from its downtown location at the PNC Bank building to Summit Woods II in Sharonville. The move is a small expansion for the insurer and financial planning company that employs 35, said business manager Kathy Barnes.

MassMutual considered several Blue Ash office buildings before signing a five-year deal at the nearly full Summit II building near Interstate 275 and Reed Hartman Highway.

McGraw Hill Construction, a construction news service that employs more than 40 at Baldwin Center in Walnut Hills, will relocate next month to Duke Realty Corp.'s Kenwood Executive Center, 7265 Kenwood Road. Company officials said they sought a more central location and easy interstate access.

Greenwood Village, Colo.,-based Ciber Inc. will consolidate two divisions that employ 100 at Summit Woods in Sharonville. The firm's employees now are split between Summit Woods and Baldwin Center. The relocation is planned over the next two months, according to area director Raj Uttamchandani.

Ciber once employed 200 in Greater Cincinnati.

Scott Abernethy of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker negotiated the deals on behalf of MassMutual and McGraw Hill. Art Calamari represented Summit Woods, and Jerry Royce represented Duke Realty.
