Promotions and new on the job

• Casey Turcott has been named vice president of operations and service at ATM Plus. Turcott will be responsible for managing daily administrative and service operations.

• Lisa Carrere has been named general manager of the Millennium Hotel, Cincinnati.

• Donna Zaring has joined CoActive Marketing Group as account director. Zaring was most recently an independent consultant in the marketing communications industry and is a graduate of Miami University.

• Gwen L. Robinson, president and chief executive officer of the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency, has been appointed chairman of the Mid-America Association of Community Action board of directors.

• Andrew P. Russell, regional sales manager for the Regional Community Bank in PNC's Ohio/Northern Kentucky region, has been named senior vice president. Russell joined PNC Bank in 2001 as vice president and senior financial business consultant in the Regional Community Bank in Louisville.

Awards

• Jennifer R. Collier, registered representative with Fifth Third Bank, has earned Top Sales honor from Planco, a wholesaler of investment and insurance products, which distinguishes representatives who produce over $1 million in sales annually with a Captain's Club Membership.

• Century Construction Inc. has received Top Excellence Award for Historical Restoration Project - the Hofbrauhaus in Newport from Associated Builders and Contractors.

• Howard W. Washburn, retired Otterbein Homes Administrator, has been named the Rev. Dr. Olin E. Oeschger Memorial Award recipient for the year 2004.

• The following financial advisers with American Express have earned membership in the Million Dollar Round Table: George Beddie, John Fidder, Sonya Saskin, Douglas McKinney, Barry Shelley, Deloris Hawkins, Donald Westermeyer, Patricia Heimbuch and Scott Brooks.

• The following lawyers with Thompson Hine have been recognized as Ohio Super Lawyers for 2004: Timothy Brown, Scott Crooks, Kenneth Germain, Brenda Kloos, Andrew Kolesar, Earle Maiman, Melvin Marmer, William Martin Jr., Patricia Mann Smitson and Louis Solimine.
