Locals clinch Olympic berths

Boxers Rau'Shee Warren, 17, and Ron Siler, Jr., 23, both from Cincinnati, officially have qualified to fight for the United States in the Summer Olympics in Athens.
Warren, a 106-pounder who boxes at the Police Athletic League gym in Mount Auburn, won two bouts in three days at the Americas' qualifier in Tijuana, Mexico.
Siler, a 112-pounder who boxes at the Shamrock Gym in Covington, won two bouts in Tijuana in four days, most recently a 40-22 decision over Venezuela's Johnny Mendoza Thursday night.
Warren, the youngest member of the Olympic team, qualified by beating Venezuela's Miguel Miranda 35-26 Wednesday.

KLITSCHKO FIGHT: A heavyweight championship fight will be held in Los Angeles for only the second time in 45 years.
Vitali Klitschko will face Corrie Sanders at Staples Center in a 12-round bout April 24 for the WBC heavyweight title made vacant by Lennox Lewis' retirement. Klitschko's fight with Lewis in Los Angeles in June was stopped on cuts.
