Richard L. Moore, partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, has been appointed chairman of the board of trustees of the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati. Moore has been on the board since 1997, and also served as secretary and vice chairman.
Tim Thoroughman has been appointed director of business development at KZF Design.
Mark R. Zerba has been named branch claims manager at Amica Mutual Insurance Co.'s Cincinnati regional office.
Diane C. Bender has been named human resources officer at Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati.
Jennifer M. Graft has been named senior vice president, director of client services, for the Cincinnati office of Right Management Consultants. Graft has more than 10 years' experience in human resources management including three years of providing consulting expertise to her clients on human resources issues.
Dr. Sandra Eisele, orthopedic surgeon, has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Wellington Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine.
Joe Feist has joined King Wrecking Co. to head the company's new asbestos removal division.
David Lanterman, general manager of the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast Hotel, has been appointed to the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau board of trustees.
Lori M. Brison has joined Cooney, Faulkner & Stevens LLC as an accounting and business consultant. Brison was staff accountant for AC Nielson Bases, a market research company in Covington. She has more than seven years' experience in the financial and accounting field as well as industry experience in hotel management and building products distribution.
Pat Rishforth has joined The Hylant Group of Cincinnati as account manager in the property and casualty middle market division.
Natalia Kalinina has joined K4 Architecture LLC as architectural designer.

Arlene R. Koth has joined Downtown Cincinnati Inc. as vice president, small business/retention.
Stephen M. Leonard has joined The Residence at Parkview in Finneytown as director of activities. Leonard has been working in the activities field for six years with both geriatric patients and children with disabilities, and is trained to provide services to individuals with behavioral problems and dementias including Alzheimer's.
