Promotions, new on the job
April Risen has been named training coordinator at Employers Resource Association. Risen will be responsible for scheduling and marketing the association's management training programs, including daily operations of the training department, being the liaison for all training arrangements with member companies and ERA instructors, program registration, and preparation and marketing of all training materials. She has been with the association since 2001.
Deanna Proctor has been named associate director of Comprehensive Counseling Service.
The following have been appointed to the board of directors at HealthPoint Family Care of Northern Kentucky: Patricia McGregor, Charlene Studer and Elizabeth Owen. Paul Hiltz, vice president of physician services for Mercy Health Partners, has been appointed chairman.
Barbara Rene has been named vice president of operations and client services at FocusMark Group LLC.
Robert W. Jennings Jr. has joined KMK Consulting Company LLC as vice president.
Greg Cox has been named business development manager for the Cincinnati and Dayton region for Sequent. Cox will develop and maintain business relationships with Cincinnati and Dayton-based companies in need of human resources consulting services. He previously owned his own consulting firm.
Ethan Stanley of Gradison McDonald Investments and Sharon Riddle of Procter & Gamble have been appointed to the board of trustees at The Center for Chemical Addictions Treatment (CCAT).
Rosemary L. Gatto has been named director of claims at Ohio National Financial Services.
Heather Wullenweber has been named customer development manager at Ryder Transportation Services in Sharonville, and James Bast has joined the company as customer development manager.
Kimberly Koepp has been named director of marketing, health and safety at Construction Plus Inc. Koepp will oversee all marketing strategy. She joined the company in 2001 as executive administrator after earning more than 18 years' experience in construction.
The following have joined Grubb & Ellis/West Shell Commercial as commercial real estate brokers: Darin J. Armbruster, John J. Herrmann and Melissa L. Olivia.
Kyle O'Hara has been named full-time regional director for Cincinnati Pool Management.
Brian Joos has joined Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired as orientation and mobility specialist, and Cindy Phair joined as community relations associate.
Jim Cook has joined Think3 as client executive.
Si Pitstick has been named executive vice president at (CRR) Cincinnati Commercial Realtors. Pitstick is a principal in the firm, specializing in industrial projects greater than 50,000 square feet. He focuses on marketing buildings for sale or lease as well as selling industrial investment property and industrial land. He has more than 15 years' experience in the local industrial real estate market.
Jason Williams and Chandan Jayakumar have joined PDT Architects as project designers, and Mike Reddell as project architect.
Kathleen A. Bollmer has been named project engineer in land development at CDS Associates Inc., Engineers, Architects, Planners and Surveyors, and Sarah E. Fraser to designer in government consulting.
Mark A. Denney and Kevin K. Frank have joined the law firm of Wood & Lamping LLP as associates.
Dr. James F. Donovan Jr. has been named chief of the division of urology at the University of Cincinnati Department of Surgery.
Matthew C. Steele has joined the law firm of Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Klusmeier Co., LPA as an associate. Steele will practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions. He is a graduate of the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University.
