Two Cincinnati natives began their quest for the heart of New York Giants back-up quarterback Jesse Palmer on the season premiere of The Bachelor on Wednesday night .

Jessica Klekamp, 21, and 25-year-old DeShaun Stallworth are among the 25 women Palmer met on the show's premiere.

Klekamp lives in Winter Park, Fla. and is a senior psychology major at Rollins College, according to ABC and The Orlando Sentinel. Stallworth is an account manager for AT&T who now lives in Dublin, a suburb of Columbus, according to ABC and The Columbus Dispatch.

The Bachelor airs at 8 p.m. Wednesdays on Channels 9, 2.
