Promotions, new on the job

• Kristin Quinn has been named general manager of the Cincinnati regional office at Flaherty and Collins Properties. Quinn most recently served as regional property manager. She came to Flaherty & Collins from a similar position with the Yarco Companies in Cincinnati. She has 11 years' experience in the property management field and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and a master's degree from the University of Cincinnati.

• Cincinnati Recreation Commission has named James Townshend head golf professional at Reeves Golf Course. Paul Schildmeyer has been appointed director of sales and Brick Peterson food and beverage director at all seven city courses - Avon Fields, California, Dunham, Glenview, Neumann, Reeves and Woodland. Assistant golf professionals are Ben Hensley, California; Brian Boroff, Glenview; Sean Duggan, Reeves, and Joey Gehringer, Reeves.

• Ben Strauss has joined the Greater Cincinnati Convention and Visitors Bureau as sales manager, southern territory. Strauss has more than 10 years of sales experience. Most recently, he served as account executive with Clear Channel Communications. He previously served as a major account executive with The Cincinnati Enquirer.

• Pat Minervini has joined Marsh Inc. as director of creative and strategic development.

• Aimee Burch has been appointed manager of the Miami Township branch of the Public Library of Cincinnati & Hamilton County; Laura Dell, program coordinator/exhibits coordinator; and Linda Gromen, manager of the education and religion department at the Main Library.

• Sherry G. Roth, vice president for materials management at PMC Specialties Group in Cincinnati, has been appointed chair of the board of directors of the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council.

• Vanessa Nicely has joined The Children's Home of Cincinnati as director of development. Nicely has13 years of experience in the field of development. She will oversee fund-raising, donor relations and related projects.

• Moraine Materials Co. has been honored with the Concrete Design/Construction Award for 2002-2003 by the Kentucky Ready-Mixed Concrete Association.

Milestones

• Finn Graphics Inc., known in 1940 as Finn-Jaske Inc., celebrated 64 years in business on April 1, 2004. Finn Graphics has been owned and operated by the Finn family for three generations.
