The Cincinnati Enquirer

"A Triumph of Time," a display by Delhi Landscape Service & Flower and Garden Center, took the top prize in this year's Cincinnati Flower Show, running through Sunday at Coney Island.

The display won the Royal Horticultural Society Silver Gilt Flora Medal for the best display in the show's main pavilion.

The Delhi exhibit also won the Chicago Horticultural Society Medal.

Other major winners include:

• Brennan's Orchids, "The Wonder of Orchids," Bole Memorial Gold Medal.

• Live Oaks Career Development Center, "The Cook's Garden, Mayor's Award in Amateur Category.

• Midwest Landscape Network's "An Artist's Home," Governor's Award in Professional Category and the Country Living Gardener Award.

• John Schultz, Cincinnati Horticultural Society (CHS) Award, Amateur Category.

• Hamilton County Park District, "A Wizard's Garden," CHS Award, Professional Category.

• Ha'iku Maui Orchids, "A Tropical Victorian Gardenscape," Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Distinguished Garden Award.

• Urban Thickets Landscapes, "Tapestry in Moss," Cincinnati Park Department Award.

• Gnomenculture Inc., "A Portrait in Miniature," Provident Bank Award.

• Keith Mueller of Flowers and Beyond, "Tahitian Splendor," The Cincinnati Enquirer Award (Best of Show in Dramatic Table Settings).

• Perrino Landscapes Inc., "Artist's Palette," Janet Meakin Poor Award.

• Chip Doyle, "Japanese Maple-Thorpe," Local 12 Crystal Star Award (Best in Show in Container Gardens).

• Adam Wissel of H.J. Benken Florist and Greenhouse, "Alone on the Range," Waterford Crystal and Sterling Cut Glass Award (Best in Show in Professional Floristry). Wissel's "Visions of the Olympian Rainforest" won the Cincinnati Flower Growers Association Award (Best in Show in Window Boxes).

• Stacy Deline of Covent Gardens, "Sierra," Frances Jones Poetker Award (Best in Show in Professional Floristry Category).

• Suzanne Parry of Camargo Trading Co., "Live Beautifully," Splendid Spaces Design Award.
