Poetry for everyone
Two chances to get your iambic pentameter fix. The Poetry Cafe is an open original poetry reading for ages 12-18, with prizes awarded to the top three original works. Teen film festival
Cincinnati's Sprockets Teen Film Festival, one of the first film festivals of its kind in the country, will conclude at 7 p.m. today with awards going out to talented teens. Esquire Theatre, 320 Ludlow Ave., Clifton. $3 suggested donation. 281-8750.
Opera auditions
Cincinnati Opera Summer Festival supernumerary auditions will select people for 90 non-singing roles. No experience needed. This year's opera dates are June 17-July 25, with approximately 10 rehearsals for each production.
