Promotions, new on the job

• Kimberly Persiani has joined Marsh USA Inc. as a sales professional. Persiani comes to Marsh with more than 10 years of experience with a leading international service firm. She will be responsible for keeping current with trends related to the rising cost of health care in order to provide effective risk management solutions to executives.

• Katy Adrian has been named assistant general manager, Arcadia Residential Suites.

• Phyllis Layton-Perry of Anderson Township has been appointed chair of the National Council for International Visitors.

• Diane Allen has joined Holland Communications as art director. Allen's responsibilities include assisting the downtown agency with producing the overall creative product and providing the visual and design concepts for client accounts. She was with The Creative Department and Sullivan Direct Marketing. She received her bachelor's degree in fine arts at Ball State University.

• Bradley S. Schwab has been named director of Southwest Ohio at McKenna Associates Inc., a community planning and urban design consulting firm.

• Keri Samiec has been appointed senior client service executive at HSR Business to Business Inc. Samiec was with The Lauer Markin Group where he was an account manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing as well as a master's degree in marketing from the University of Toledo.

• Paul D. McCauley, a financial consultant in the Cincinnati office of A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc., has been named vice president, investments.

• Jennifer Christmas has joined Ruttle Design Group Inc. as account executive. Christmas will be handling the growing corporate and consumer brand accounts, along with new business development. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she received a bachelor's degree with a focus on advertising. She was marketing coordinator with Zaring Homes.

Awards

• The Cincinnati Marriott Northeast has received a Special Recognition Award from Marriott Global. The award recognized the hotel's management staff for extraordinary efforts managing the many hotel special events and group functions.
