Highest safety rating elusive



The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released front and side crash test results for 13 2004 model year sport-utility vehicles Wednesday. Five stars is the highest rating. In a frontal crash, five stars means the likelihood of serious injury is 10 percent or less. In a side crash, five stars means the likelihood of serious injury is 5 percent or less.
