Symphony season finale

Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra presents its last performance series for the 2003-2004 season. The program, conducted by Paavo Jarvi, includes Lutoslawski's Symphonic Variations, Prokofiev's G Minor Piano Concerto with pianist Yefim Bronfman, and Beethoven's Symphony No.7. in A Major. 7:30 p.m. today, 11 a.m. Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday. Craft fair

New play

Know Theatre Tribe premieres a play by local playwright Ken Barry, A Note on the Type. Brother Thomas, a monastic scribe struggling with his faith, is hired to translate a parchment Sister Angelica believes to be a holy relic. 8 p.m. today, Gabriel's Corner, 1425 Sycamore St., Over-the-Rhine.
