Man, 25, accused of sex acts with minor

Police arrested a Hamersville man Friday afternoon on a felony warrant charging him with six counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Edward L. Collins, 25, was arrested at work, Center Express on Seymour Avenue in Carthage.

The crimes allegedly occurred in Hamilton County last month. No further information was available Friday night.

Boy back home after falling out of window

PRICE HILL - An 18-month-old boy fell from a second-story window of a Rosemont Avenue home Friday evening.

The child, whom police did not identify, was sitting on a bed while his mother got his pajamas out of a dresser. He climbed over to the window and pushed through the screen shortly after 7:30 p.m., according to Cincinnati Police Sgt. Michael Bepler.

The boy hit a patio table below and rolled onto the driveway. He was treated at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and released.

No charges are pending.

Suspect surrenders in Northside killing

One of four people believed to be connected to a homicide in Northside last year turned himself in to police Friday.

Antonio Sanders, 22, of Northside, was wanted on a charge of aggravated murder. An indictment alleges that he and two other men, Chaz Black and Lonnie Asberry, killed and robbed 24-year-old Damin Terrell Warner.

Warner was found shot to death on Hanfield Street on Feb. 3, 2003.

Thursday, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office's fugitive unit arrested Black, 20, at his Mount Airy home.

Ashley Hammond, 19, of Northside, also is charged with murder and aggravated robbery in Warner's death. Her case is pending.
