A beautiful white tent on the lush lawn of Peterloon Estate in Indian Hill welcomed 200 guests to the 17th annual spring fund-raiser for the Rape Crisis & Abuse Center of Hamilton County, formerly Women Helping Women.
"Provence at Peterloon" was a journey into the French countryside, including a wine bar, dinner-by-the-bite prepared by some of Cincinnati's finest chefs and live and silent auctions. Chamber music was provided by Matthew Taylor and a string quartet coordinated through the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music. Catherine Bradford served as event chair. Honorary chair and emcee was Dayna Eubanks of WKRC-TV (Channel 12). This year's gala was the agency's most successful, raising $32,000.
Gold sponsors included Fifth Third Bank, Betsy and Dave Hendy and OLAY Skin Care Products.
