Regulator orders Dayton utility plan

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio Thursday ordered Dayton Power & Light to file a plan of utility financial integrity. The commission initiated its investigation into DP&L, which serves parts of Butler and Warren counties, to examine unregulated activities by its parent company.

Arena makes deal with advertiser

U.S. Bank Arena is partnering with AllOver Media to display third-party advertisements inside U.S. Bank Arena's condiment stands and washrooms. The three-year contract covers 42 AllOver Media ad boards.
