COVINGTON - Two off-duty Hamilton County Sheriff's deputies were among five people arrested after a fight at a nightclub early Saturday, according to police.
Deputies Andrew Stoll and Patrick Elizondo were charged with disorderly conduct in connection with the fight, which occurred about 2 a.m., said Covington Police Sgt. Ray Haley.
The names of the other three arrested were not available.
Haley said at least 27 officers responded to the report of a fight at the Yucatan Liquor Stand, including police from Ft. Wright and Kenton County and the Covington department's entire third shift.
A Hamilton County Sheriff's spokesman did not return a call seeking comment.
