Promotions and new on the job

• Julie Tople has been named account manager and senior service representative at Horan Associates Inc., a Cincinnati-based financial services and insurance firm. Tople brings more than 24 years of benefits and insurance industry experience to the firm. She will focus on servicing mid-sized businesses that have from 30-150 employees. In addition, her responsibilities include managing seven of the firm's service representatives.

• Amy Walsh-Kuenneke has joined the landscape architectural firm of Bentley Koepke Inc. as administrative assistant.

• Todd Penney has joined Scheuer Mackin & Breslin LLC as a partner to provide clients with labor and employment representation.

• Jeanette Hargreaves has joined Ulmer & Berne LLP as an associate in the product liability group; Krista Konsen and Paulette Terry have joined the law firm as paralegals.

• Paul Wilson has joined R.A. Jones & Co. Inc. as director of sales for the food industry.

• Gary Roeder has been named general manager of the grinding division at Kentucky Rebuild Corp.

• Travis Highley has joined Intrinzic Marketing & Design as senior interactive designer in the marketing and communications company based in Cincinnati. Highley will be responsible for leading the creative execution of interactive and multimedia projects for the firm. He was with The Creative Department in Cincinnati. He is pursuing a degree in fine arts from Northern Kentucky University.

• Dustin Minton has joined Saltz, Shamis & Goldfarb Inc. as manager in the accounting and auditing department.

• Janice E. Davenport has been named general manager of VITAS Innovative Hospice Care of Cincinnati.

• Roxana Winters has joined ADCM Inc. as accounting assistant.

• Andrew Covode has been named tax supervisor at Jackson, Rolfes, Spurgeon & Co.

• Randall F. Howard has joined Evans, Mechwart, Hambleton & Tilton Inc. as director of strategic planning.

• Darius Bobo has joined the City of Forest Park Economic Development Department as redevelopment coordinator.

• Joseph C. Von Lehman Jr. has been appointed to the board of directors of First Bank of Northern Kentucky.

• John Ventre, general manager of the Portman Equipment Co., Erlanger branch, has been named vice president of the firm. Ventre has served in sales and management positions at Portman for 15 years. He became general manager of the Portman Erlanger full-service facility in 1998.
