Back pain forces Lynn to cancel shows

Loretta Lynn's aching back has forced her to postpone her June concerts, according to the country singer's Web site.

"Due to a back ailment, Loretta Lynn's physician has ordered her off the road. All of her June concert dates have been postponed," said a posting on the Web site.

Lynn, 69, had been set to perform in Michigan, Ohio (Toledo), Indiana (Florence), Missouri, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.

A performance at the Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tenn., is scheduled for July 3.
