Ryan Robinson, 18, of Milford remained in critical condition at Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center Friday, suffering from head injuries he received in a pickup truck accident Wednesday.
Robinson and three friends were in the pickup driving through upstate New York when it flipped, killing Craig Sarkey, 18, and Tyler Linne, 18, both of Miami Township, Clermont County.
A third passenger, Mark Fischer, 17, of Loveland, was treated and released. Fischer was the only teen wearing a seat belt. The teens, recent graduates of Milford High School, were driving to Maine for a two-week summer vacation.
N. Fairmount man, 38, found shot in street
SOUTH CUMMINSVILLE - A shootout in the street Thursday night left one man critically injured.
A 911 operator heard gunfire in the background when someone called to report the shooting. Police responded to the 2000 block of Millvale Court just after 11:30 p.m., where they found a man lying in the street.
Farris Mitchell, 28, of North Fairmount, was listed in critical condition Friday night. A Cincinnati police homicide supervisor went to the shooting scene. No one had been arrested Friday.
