Redwood Rehabilitation Center in Fort Mitchell recently broke ground for its 40,000-square-foot expansion and renovation. The project will allow Redwood to provide therapeutic, educational and vocational services to a waiting list of nearly 200 children and adults with severe and multiple disabilities.
Leading the $5 million fund-raising drive are Phil Schworer and Bill Robinson of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald and Joe Michels of Michels Construction. Duke Realty Corp. is donating construction management services.
Following the groundbreaking, it was announced that an anonymous donor will match monetary donations to Redwood's Promise & Potential Campaign up to a total of $500,000.
