Promotions, new on the job

• Kevin P. Collins has been named business development director for Coldwell Banker West Shell. He will specialize in relocation and corporate services to Tristate businesses. He is a committee member for the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce program "Introducing Greater Cincinnati," a member of the Fine Arts Fund and United Way, and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

• April Prather has been named manager of First Clermont Bank, Old Milford Banking Center, and Stephanie Bowling to Amelia Banking Center manager.

• Gary Sander has been named executive vice president at Roto-Rooter Services Co., Mark Connors to senior vice president and Jim Taylor to vice president of human resources.

• Dr. Kevin J. Shaw has joined Reconstructive Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Inc. He will provide orthopedic care to patients of all ages. His specialty interests include arthroscopy, sports medicine, and foot and ankle care. For the past four years, he has served as a major in the Army, becoming chief of the division of orthopedic surgery at Moncrief Army Community Hospital in Fort Jackson, S.C. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. The 1991 honors graduate of Duke University received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at University Hospital in Cincinnati.

• David F. Hammer has joined CDP Engineers Inc. as office manager in the Cincinnati office; Timothy S. Taney, project engineer; and Stacie Adams, receptionist.

• Megan Licursi has joined Freedman, Gibson & White as public relations account manager. She is responsible for implementing strategic public relations campaigns for retail, healthcare and business-to-business clients, including Fazoli's and the University of Kentucky Center for Pharmaceutical Science Testing. She was with Western & Southern Financial Group. She graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's in corporate journalism.

• Gina Hawley Kantner has joined BHDP Architecture as interior designer; Anthony Ponting as project architect on the retail team; and Brian Ramer as project designer on the education team.

• Gregory D. Inman and Anne M. Smith have joined Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co. L.P.A. as an associate in the Cincinnati law office.

• Doug Whittle has joined LPK (Libby Perszyk Kathman) as production director; Heidi Gray as design delineator; and Mark Ledgerwood as design director. Victor Jantzen has been named design director.

• Jeff Montelisciana has been named vice president of sales at Total Quality Logistics Inc., a third-party freight logistics company in Milford. He was sales manager and has been with the company for five years.
