Promotions and new on the job
Tricia Neiheisel has joined LPK (Libby Perszyk Kathman) as project leader. Neiheisel is a graduate of the Cincinnati Academy of Commercial Art and holds a degree in design. She was with Fisher Design where she was senior account coordinator.
Katherine M. Lasher has joined Graydon Head & Ritchey LLP as an associate in the Cincinnati law office.
Joe Steffler has joined AddisonMcKee Inc. as field service engineer and Jennifer Mitchell joined as international customer-service representative/marketing coordinator. The company designs, manufactures and services machines and tooling for various tube manipulation applications located in Wilmington.
Timothy White has been named director, client business development for Convergys Corp.
Vincent J. Gilday Jr. has joined Blaine Pharmaceuticals, manufacturer of over-the-counter products, as vice president of finance and operations. Gilday was president and chief financial officer for Comm Line Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Black Box Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Thomas More College and is also a licensed CPA in Ohio.

Kendle International Inc., a global, full-service clinical research organization, has announced that Anthony C. Celeste, president of the regulatory consulting and submissions subsidiary, AAC Consulting Group Inc., received the Distinguished Service and Leadership Award from the Food and Drug Law Institute.
The Visiting Nurse Association earned a Top 20 Strategic Marketing Plan Award at the Home Health Line home healthcare conference.
Clippard Instrument Laboratory of Cincinnati has been awarded the 2003 Fluid Power Product of the Year Award from Design News magazine.
Cincinnati Union Bethel, celebrating its 175th year of service to children and families, has received the National Family Week grant from the Alliance for Children and Families, a national organization.
H. Louis Sirkin, partner with the law firm of Sirkin, Pinales & Schwartz LLP, has received the Nicholas Longworth III Achievement Award.
The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati has honored Ulmer & Berne LLP partner Donald J. Mooney Jr. and his wife, Jennifer Mooney, with the Peace of the City Award.
