Rebecca Barnowski has joined CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services as assistant director, human resources, and Tara Smith joined as senior clinical data associate.
Randy Gately has joined Go ZapIT Web Design and Consulting as senior account manager.
David M. Giles, media lawyer and former newspaper reporter, has been named associate general counsel for The E.W. Scripps Co.
Patrick Martin has joined Alliance Consulting Group as managing director for the Ohio Valley region.
Rebecca Osborn has been named director of education at the Crestview Hills Sylvan Learning Center. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and is a certified educator in Indiana.
Brian F. Eviston has become associated with the law firm of Boggs & Colvin, LLC.
Named assistant vice presidents at Fifth Third Bank were: Tom Collins, Jennifer Trowbridge and Julie Searls.
Dave Rubsamhas been named development manager at Eagle Realty Group.

Dr. Rama Marepally has joined Gastroenterology Consultants of Greater Cincinnati. Marepally recently completed her gastroenterology fellowship from Wayne State University, Detroit. She will be working in Mount Airy and Hamilton.
