Weather delays tourney play

Rain postponed all matches Friday night at the Thomas E. Price Cincinnati Metropolitan Tennis Championships, which resume today at Lunken Playfield.
Men's doubles competition will begin at 10 a.m. today.
The men's singles round of 32, washed out Friday, was rescheduled for Sunday beginning at 10 a.m. More men's doubles will be played Sunday, following completion of the singles matches.
Sunday, there also will be one women's singles match and one women's doubles match. Most women begin play Monday (doubles) and Tuesday (singles).
Notable men's round-of-32 matches Sunday will include No. 1 seed Jeff Wolf vs. No. 24 Mike Compton, No. 2 Eric Thomas vs. No. 20 Matt Metully, No. 3 Ryan McCarthy vs. No. 22 Evan Webeler, and No. 4 Mike McCarthy vs. unseeded Mark Vandenberg.
