The Enquirer
BELLEVUE - Police have identified a man whose body was found July 5 floating in the Ohio River near the Riverside 4 Boat Harbor. The man was Timothy Shane Dean, 26, of Hamilton.
Now Bellevue police are trying to find a man who they say may by able to provide some information. While police say the drowning appears to be accidental, they would like to speak with Steven Edward Miller.
Police asked anyone with information about Miller's whereabouts to call (859) 261-1122.
An employee of the boat harbor in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue discovered Dean's body about 3:25 p.m. Police said the body appeared to have been in the water no more than two days, and there were no signs of foul play.
