NARCh winds down to final 2 days
Thursday's review: Team Tour of Missouri defeated Anaheim Mission Bulldogs 4-3 to win the Division 1 (18-24 years old) championship at the North American Roller Hockey Championships at Sports Plus.
Local teams: In the Senior Silver division, the Cincinnati Skatetown Swords and Cincinnati Steam Rockers skated to a 6-6 tie, and the Cincinnati Snipers lost to Fast Forward of Wisconsin 8-0. Later, the Skatetown Swords lost to the Pasi Phantoms (Mich.) 9-1. In Mite Silver, Mission AKS San Clemente defeated the Skatetown Swords '94 3-2, and Pro Joy Cincinnati Storm lost to Mission Patriots (Calif.) 8-0.
Today's action: Matches include the finals in the Mite Silver and Squirt Silver divisions. Local teams' schedules include the Snipers facing the Pasi Phantoms and Jock Plus (Ont.), the Steam Rockers against the Whalers (Mich.), and the Skatetown Swords facing Fast Forward (Wis.).
