Designer Donatella Versace is in rehab for cocaine addiction, reports the New York Post.
The perpetually tan queen of the fashion world has quietly checked into a center at an undisclosed location, says a top industry source.
Friends say the 49-year-old designer of the family's famed clothing line has been privately battling a drug problem for years.
A Versace family spokesman confirmed the designer has been relegated to rehab, adding: "The family views this as a private matter. We hope the press will respect this as such."
Versace and brother Santo were catapulted to the top of the family's hot clothing business after their brother, Gianni, was gunned down outside his Miami Beach mansion in 1997.
