• Stephanie Chambers has joined LifeSpan as program director. Chambers holds a bachelor's degree in social work, a master's degree in corrections administration, a degree from the University of Missouri/Kansas City School of Law, and has completed graduate work in human resource development and management. She will oversee the areas of clinical counseling, school-based social work, CARE (Child Adult Reality Education), and credit counseling.

• Trey Budke has been named vice president, branch manager for National City Mortgage; Beverly Mahl joined as operations coordinator; Dan Autenrieb, Jeff Baker and Jeffrey Jackson have joined as mortgage loan consultants.

• John J. Kuzman Jr. has been appointed chief compliance officer and assistant general counsel at AK Steel, and Roger K. Newport to chief accounting officer. He will continue as the corporation's controller.

• Dan Farrell and Brian Neff have been named assistant vice presidents at American Century Mortgage, and Shannon Scott has been named branch manager of the Florence office.

• Steven W. King, a chiropractic physician at Mount Lookout Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center has become a member of the American Academy of Spine Physicians, an organization of neurosurgeons and chiropractic physicians dedicated to improving the quality of spine care. King's practice is on Mount Lookout Square.

• Greg Schwartz has joined First Bank of Northern Kentucky as mortgage loan officer.

• Ryan Ellsworth, Scott Briggs and Micah Rife have joined Total Quality Logistics Inc. as sales executive trainees.

• Carol Cooper to sales and marketing director for Stevens Hospitality; Gretchen McGowanto sales and marketing coordinator for Stevens Hospitality; Shane Shearn to revenue manager for Quality Hotel & Suites - Norwood and Ramada Cincinnati Downtown; Izabela Tuszynska to front office manager for Ramada Cincinnati Downtown; Lindsay Fish to director for sales for Quality Hotel & Suites - Norwood; Brenda Howe to sales manager for Quality Hotel & Suites - Norwood; Jo Regina Lamar to sales manager for Ramada Cincinnati Downtown; and Tamika Young to group coordinator for Ramada Cincinnati Downtown.

• Tim O'Neil has been named a partner at Ernst & Young. O'Neil will be relocating from Boston to Cincinnati, where he will be leading Ernst & Young's transactions practice in the Ohio Valley. He has more than 14 years of experience serving software, consumer products, manufacturing, and financial services companies. He graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island in 1991. Before joining the transactions practice, he worked for seven years in the Assurance & Advisory Business Services Group.

• Joel Ashman and Molly North have been named assistant vice presidents at Fifth Third Bank, and Joan Rees, Kathy Meinhardt, and Curt Steinebach to assistant cashiers.

• Mike Skrzelowski has been named design director for LPK (Libby Perszyk Kathman; Maura Schilling joined the firm as human resource generalist, Melanie Niklewski as administrative assistant, and Jessica Buchert as financial analyst.

• David Tomley has joined KZF Design, a Cincinnati-based architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning firm, as chief bridge engineer; and Nikki Marksberry, administrative assistant.

• Joni Burton has been appointed area director for Ciber Inc., Cincinnati office, a pure-play international system integration consultancy.

• Debbie Hirth has been appointed office manager for the Bob Parsons Allstate Agency in Edgewood and Burlington.

• Jeffrey E. Dauner has joined Integrity Building Group, a full-service commercial construction company, as vice president. Dauner will be responsible for planning, control and reporting for pre-construction, construction, and post construction activities. He was vice president with DEI Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a bachelor's degree in construction management.
