Promotions and new on the job

• Scott D. Phillips, a member in the litigation department at Frost Brown Todd LLC, has been appointed to serve a one-year term as chairman of the West Chester Township Zoning Commission. Phillips has been a zoning board member for five years and is serving in his second term.

• Carrie Tedeschi has joined CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services as clinical research associate and Anna Schwendeman has joined as research associate.

• The following have joined Johnson Investment Counsel and Johnson Trust Co.: Kurt Terrien, appointed director of institutional sales and marketing; Bonnie Schultes appointed executive assistant to Johnson Trust Co.; Emily Shewmaker joined as portfolio manager assistant; Dana Smith joined as administrative assistant; and Judy Wang as Web software developer.

• Donnia Trent has been appointed campus director at National College of Business & Technology's new campus in Bond Hill. Trent was vice president of adult work force education at Butler Technology and Career Development Schools. She holds a master's degree in education from Bowling Green State University.

• Kimberly A. Carroll has joined NAI Eagle, a division of Eagle Realty Group, as commercial property specialist.

• Holly Maddy, a licensed social worker, has opened practice with Dr. Bruce A. Snider in Crestview Hills. Maddy will provide therapeutic counseling to all ages in individual, family, couple and group settings.

• Christian Lucas has been appointed new member/partner at Wealth Advisors of Cincinnati, LLC. Lucas joined Wealth Advisors in 2000. He helps individuals, trusts, and corporations to manage their invested assets to meet various short- and long-term goals.

• Kevin Roegner of Quantus Analytical has been appointed to the advisory board of the Cincinnati chapter of the American Indoor Air Quality Council.

• Brian Ingram and Jason Ingram, sons of Rick Ingram, and Mike Ingram, son of Steve Ingram, have joined Ingram Insurance Agency Inc., a family agency started in 1962.

• Brooke Miller Hice has been appointed general counsel at Heidelberg Distributing Co. As in-house legal counsel, Hice will handle all legal matters as well as develop and administer a statewide corporate human resources department. She graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

• Mark Kiser, Kwik Kopy Business Center owner in Taylor Mill, has received the Top Sales Award from the franchise parent company, the International Center for Entrepreneurial Development.

• SCORE Chapter 34 honored the following as 2004 Clients of the Year: Karen McCoy, owner of a Jersey Mike's in West Chester Township; Cynthia Headley and Connie Bishop, owners of Kitchen Cuisine, a catering company based in Milford; Darlene and Peggy Mullenger, owners of J. Annette's Cheesecakes, an acquisition of an existing specialty bakery in West Chester Township that supplies cakes for weddings and other special events; Scott Caudill, president of Paramount Recovery Services Inc., an accounts receivables management and contingency collection company based in Mason; and Dr. Jodi Heekin, DVM, owner of Heekin Animal Hospital, a family pet medical, wellness, and ancillary services facility in Taylor Mill.
