Snacks: The good & the bad

Back to school means back to packing lunches.

Along with the PB&J, it's nice to throw in a snack or two, but as America's kids get fatter, think about healthier snacking options that are lower in fat, calories and salt but still high in yum.

We asked registered dietitian Lauren Niemes, executive director of the Greater Cincinnati Nutrition Council, for her take on good and bad snacks, and here are her do's and don'ts for healthy munching:
