NORTHSIDE - Debra Moreland, owner and sole designer for Paris Tiaras, a couture wedding accessories company, has an elite client list that includes model Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, actress Holly Marie Combs from the television series Charmed, and Winona Ryder. Paris Tiaras's retail store in the wedding district in Reading (the firm's studio is in Northside) allows brides to select and customize a design. Each accessory is hand-made by Moreland's team of 15 artists. Designs range from $575 to $2,000.
Moreland, originally of Middletown, has been voted accessory designer of the year three years running by the Couture Wedding Association.
