Procter & Gamble Co., which is suing Coca-Cola Co. over calcium-enriched orange juice, filed a new patent-infringement lawsuit over Coca-Cola's Minute Maid fruit drinks. The suit claims that Minute Maid fruit drinks, including lemonade, fruit punch and mango drinks, infringe three P&G patents related to adding vitamins and controlling the growth of microorganisms.
