Here's what P&G's top officers earned during the 2004 fiscal year:
A.G. Lafley, chairman, president and CEO: $15.6 million in salary, bonuses and other compensation, plus stock options with a current value of $10.5 million.
Jorge Montoya, president of global snack and beverages and the company's Latin America operations: $5.4 million in salary, bonuses and other compensation, plus stock options with a current value of $2.8 million. .
Bruce L. Byrnes, vice chairman: $4.9 million in salary, bonuses and other compensation, plus stock options with a current value of $3.5 million.
R. Kerry Clark, vice chairman: $4.7 million in salary, bonuses and other compensation, plus stock options with a current value of $3.5 million.
Mark D. Ketchum, president for global baby and family care: $4.3 million in salary, bonuses and other compensation, plus stock options with a current value of $3.1 million.
Here's what Cintas's top officers earned in fiscal 2004:
Robert Kohlhepp, vice chairman: $2.0 million in salary, options exercised and dividends.
Scott Farmer, president and CEO: $2.4 million in salary, options exercised and dividends, plus stock options with a current value of $1.6 million.
