The most expensive commercial construction projects or renovations, based on dollar values ($200,000 and up) of building permits issued recently in Cincinnati and Hamilton County:

• Crossroads Community Church of Hyde Park Inc. Site: 3500 Madison Road. Purpose: Addition. Cost: $2,100,000.

• Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Site: 3333 Burnet Ave. Purpose: Alteration. Cost: $1,200,000.

• Queen City Barrel Co. Site: 801 Evans St. Purpose: Demolish building. Cost: $900,000.

• Cincinnati Parks. Site: 1331 Eastern Ave. Purpose: New retaining wall. Cost: $600,000.

Transfers

The most expensive commercial property transfers recorded recently in Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren counties in Ohio; and Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties in Kentucky, based on dollar values of $200,000 or more (data collected by First American Real Estate Solutions, publisher of the Pace Report, from county records):
