SAYLER PARK - A Cincinnati man suspected of killing a relative late Saturday apparently killed himself nearly three hours later, police said.

Authorities say Daniel Anthony Buie, 38, was suspected of shooting Kimberly Rochelle Buie, 32, around 10:45 p.m. at 5800 River Road in Sayler Park. Kimberly Buie was pronounced dead at University Hospital. The nature of their relationship was unclear.

Shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday morning Daniel Buie was found with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at 511 Carmalt St. in Mount Auburn. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

In August, Daniel Buie was arrested on a charge of causing physical harm to Kimberly Buie.

Police say they are investigating the deaths as a homicide-suicide. Kimberly Buie's death is Cincinnati's 52nd homicide this year.
