Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry delivered a speech Wednesday at Union Terminal in which he strongly criticized President George W. Bush's policy in Iraq and said he would do things differently if elected president.
He also laid out other differences between him and the president, including a plan to provide health care coverage for all children and not privatiize Social Security, as the Bush adminstration wants to do.
The following are your comments about Kerry's visit and about the Bush and Kerry campaigns.

John Kerry, at Union Terminal put to rest the argument that he and George Bush are the same on the Iraq War. Kerry would have insisted on continuing United Nations weapons inspections and building alliances. This course of action would have avoided a war, and built good will among allies whom we need to track down terrorists.
George Bush famously does not do nuance. That failure is responsible for his rush to war, and his inability to tell the difference between his position and Kerry's. It is a difference of 1,000 American lives, and $200 billion. I would call that big.

John Kerry says we must honor our troops who gave their lives in Iraq, then, in the next breath, he dishonors them by saying they died in vain.
John Kerry is the Invisible Man.

As an American and strong supporter of the Democratic principles on which our country was founded, I cannot sit by and watch the Vice-president of the United States attempt to dictate the outcome of our presidential election through fear tactics and threats. A democratic country has a government which has been freely elected by the people. Adults vote at an election for the government of their choice. If Mr. Cheney doesn't understand the meaning of democracy, we can teach him on November 2nd.
