MidPoint Music Festival schedule updates
The MidPoint Music Festival begins today; here are the day's highlights:

11 a.m.: Tracy Walker (below), the Breakers and MOTH. A free show featuring three Cincinnati artists. Cincinnati State, 3520 Central Parkway, Clifton.

7 p.m.: Ruby Vileos. The local rockers give a free in-store show at the Apple Store at Kenwood Towne Centre, Sycamore Township.

8 p.m.: Coltrane Motion and the Middle. Two out-of-town bands celebrate the release of the MPMF compilation CD with a free party. Jefferson Hall, 1150 Main St., Over-the-Rhine.

Toby Keith postponed

Because of high water, Thursday night's Toby Keith concert at Riverbend Music Center has been rescheduled for Oct. 7. Tickets for Thursday's show will be honored. 232-5882.

Downtown Arts and Eats
